SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Toning Toner is a facial toner containing PHA Acid and Gluconolactone, ingredients that gently exfoliate the skin. It is also enriched with 84% Asian Centella extract, which soothes, strengthens and regenerates grey, tired skin. Together with hyaluronic acid and betaine, it provides a soothing and moisturising effect. The toner is ideal for all skin types, even sensitive skin.
