You start here

50 points for 1 €
At this tier, members receive:

To take part in the loyalty programme, you need an account.
If you have already shopped with us, we recommend creating or logging in to your account with the same email address you used for those earlier purchases. Progress is tracked per email address.
You earn points every time you shop. Points are usually awarded for the amount you spend (e.g. 1 € = 50 points). Extra points can be earned through special promotions or activities. The higher loyalty programme tiers give you a points multiplier, which increases the number of points you earn from the amount you spend: Bloom tier customers get 1 € = 62.5 points, Elixir tier customers get 1 € = 75 points. The number of points earned is calculated on the final order total, excluding tax (VAT).
Points are also awarded for completing actions: creating an account, celebrating your birthday, placing 3 orders, following our Instagram account, leaving a product review (double points for a review with a photo).
You can find the rewards available for these actions on the loyalty programme page.
If you have already completed some of these actions, additional points may not be awarded for them.
On the loyalty programme page, choose the reward you want and redeem the points you have. You need to be logged in to your account.
Loyalty programme discount coupons can be combined with one another, but they cannot be used together with other discount coupons from the online shop.
Yes, points expire if you don't make a purchase or use your points within 6 months. To extend the validity of your points, you need to earn more by making purchases or completing other actions that award points.
You can see when your points expire on the loyalty programme page, next to your points balance.
Once you're logged in, you'll see your balance at the top of this page and in your account.
Yes — rossi.lt, rossi.lv and rossiskincare.ee use the same account and a shared points balance.
