SKIN1004 Centella Teca Soothing Toner is a soothing facial toner enriched with high quality concentrated Asian Centella extract. It also contains niacinamide, zinc PCA and salicylic acid. This toner restores the skin's proper pH, strengthens the skin barrier, regulates sebum production, smoothes the skin's texture and promotes moisture absorption by gently exfoliating the skin.
