Before use, wash and thoroughly dry your feet. Remove the patch from the package and peel off the protective layers. Apply the longer side of the patch horizontally to the sole of your foot, then wrap the flaps firmly around the back of your heel. Leave it on for at least 2 hours, and to enhance moisturization, apply the patch before bed and remove it in the morning.
