Promotion terms

This page explains how discounts and promotions work in the Rossi online store. The terms of each individual promotion – the dates it runs, any minimum spend and the products included – are stated on that promotion's own page.

How discounts are applied

Unless the terms of a specific promotion say otherwise:

• The discount is applied automatically in your cart – no discount code is needed.
• One discount applies per order. Automatic promotion discounts and discount codes do not stack: if you enter a discount code, the automatic promotion discount will not be applied.
• Where a discount applies to one product and your cart contains several products included in the promotion, the discount is applied automatically to the cheapest of them.
• Promotions run for the stated period and while stocks last.

Promotions with a minimum spend

Where a promotion sets a minimum spend (for example, “when you spend €50 or more”), it is calculated from the other full-price products in your cart. The price of the discounted product is not counted towards that amount – the discounted product must be added on top.

Example. Promotion: “spend €50 or more – one product from the selected collection at 50% off”. You add €50 worth of products to your cart and, in addition, one product from the collection priced at €20. That product will cost €10, and your cart total will be €60.

Returns

Products bought at a discount are subject to the same return conditions as products bought at full price. The amount actually paid for the product is refunded.
