Lancer skin cream hit shelves in UK for the first time in two years.
The £10.99 range contains a range of skincarins including a salicylic acid salicyclic acid, which is used to protect skin from sun damage and is used in skincares for acne prone skin.
It comes in three colours – red, blue and green.
A spokesperson for the brand told The Times the salicyltin cream has been available in the US since 2013 and was also available in Australia and New Zealand.
“This salicyl acid salicylate cream contains high levels of vitamin E and vitamin E fatty acids that have anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal effects, and have been used to treat inflammatory conditions such as psoriasis, eczema and rosacea,” the spokesperson said.
The spokesperson also said the product had a pH of 7.2 and is compatible with skin pH 5.6 to 7.8.
“The range of products will be available to all Lancer Skin Care customers as soon as possible, as well as to the wider Lancer brand and its UK customers who have purchased Lancer products over the past year,” the statement said.
Lancer skins have been on the market for about two years, but sales were not immediately available for the new product.
In March 2018, Lancer launched a range for the skincaria in which the salicyslates were used as a “skin toner” to combat dryness and skin discolouration.
